1. Pre-approval of the account.

   – Full set of corporate documents
   – Company business description in the form of a business plan including at least 3 clients and 3 suppliers, their countries of operation and banks. For holding companies — details of subsidiaries or assets
   – Documents of shareholders and directors (Copies of international passports: Proof of residential address; Personal bank statements for the last 6 months; CVs in English)
   – If shareholders have businesses in other countries: company documents and bank statements for the last 6 months.
2. Personal visit of the account signatory to the bank’s UAE office for identification and signing of bank forms.
3. Application approval and account setup. 
Account opening time: 2–3 weeks, provided all required documents are submitted.
